About

I build the data foundations that intelligent enterprises run on.

For more than fifteen years I've worked at the seam where raw data becomes business advantage — designing the platforms, pipelines, and architectures that let global organisations trust their numbers and act on them in real time. My path has taken me from Mumbai and Pune to Manchester, London, and now Dublin, and across insurance, financial services, and enterprise technology.

Early on I fell in love with the hard part of the job: not the dashboards, but the plumbing beneath them — modelling messy master data, taming legacy systems, and engineering pipelines that stay correct at scale. That discipline became a career built on enterprise data architecture, cloud platforms, and the modern data stack, anchored by Snowflake, AWS, Python, and SQL.

In recent years my focus has shifted to the next frontier: autonomous, agentic AI. I design systems where LLMs, RAG pipelines, and coordinated AI agents don't just answer questions — they do the work: generating documentation, enforcing data quality, and running pipelines end to end. Frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and MCP are my current toolkit for turning that vision into production reality.

What I care about most is impact. The best architecture is the one nobody has to think about — it's fast, governed, observable, and quietly compounding value every day. I lead engineering teams the same way: with clarity, mentorship, and a bias for shipping systems that outlive the hype cycle.

How I work

Architecture that scales

Designing for the load you'll have in three years, not the demo you have today.

AI with guardrails

Autonomous systems that are observable, governed, and trustworthy by design.

Business-first engineering

Every pipeline and platform tied back to a measurable outcome.

Leadership through mentorship

Growing engineers and raising the bar for the whole team.

Let's build something intelligent together.

Whether you're modernising a data platform or bringing agentic AI into production, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
